  7. Can I be a treasure hunter?

June 9, 2015 by Mrs Nishan

We have started our new topic based on the book ‘Treasure Island’. We have already got Pirate ship groups; Black Pearl, Jolly Rogers, Queen Anne’s Revenge, Inferno and Hispaniola. Another exciting thing that we have started is the class scrap book. Can you tell everyone what that is all about? In addition to that we have a class pirate dictionary. Have we come across any interesting vocabulary? Can you tell everyone what we are learning in this topic?

  10. Aristotle

May 11, 2015 by Mrs Nishan

This week we’re learning about the famous Greek philosopher Aristotle. He once said,

“He who has overcome his fears will truly be free.”

What do you think this means? Think about the discussions we’ve had in class.
